Delivery Time Estimates

  • Netherlands: 5 -9 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 5 - 10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days

Please note: Deliveries to remote locations may experience longer transit times.

Order Processing

We know you're eager to shine. That's why we typically ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your jewellery's journey.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Times: While we strive for prompt delivery, times depend on the courier and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as busy periods, traffic, or weather conditions.

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 3-5 weeks.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Aires isn't responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays once your order leaves our facility.

  • Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping options.

Shipping Destinations

Aires Jewels is designed for adventurers worldwide. We ship to Netherlands, Australia, United Kingdom and most global destinations. However, we're unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, and China at this time.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Didn't get it? It might be a typo in your email address. Reach out to us at hello@airesjewels.com with your full name, shipping address, and phone number, and we'll locate your order.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can watch your new favourite pieces make their way to you.

Order Status
