At Aires, we're committed to ensuring you adore your jewellery. If something isn't quite right, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is:

  • All Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 
  • Unworn and in its original packaging (including any gifts).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

While we'd love to cover everything, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your piece finds its way back to us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Looking to swap for a different style? Upon receiving your return, we'll issue store credit in the form of a personalised code, allowing you to choose the perfect piece. All exchanges are final.

Gift Exchanges

Received Aires as a gift? While we can't offer refunds, we're happy to provide store credit for exchanges. Gift cards, however, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Bundles: Returning a bundle? Send it back in full for a complete refund or store credit. Partial returns will receive a proportionate refund based on individual item prices.

  • Promotional Sets (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free): Return the entire set for a full refund or store credit. For partial returns:

    • Buy 2 Get 1 Free: Receive an 80% refund or store credit based on each item's value after the promotion.

    • Limited-Time Offers (e.g., B2G2): Receive a 50% refund or store credit based on each item's value after the promotion.

  • Mystery Products and Free Gifts: These items are non-returnable.

  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

If you're exchanging a gift, please provide the original purchaser's details, such as their full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.
